文章基于某自主品牌研发中心试制部门的实践构建样车试制体系,该体系以组织的整体目标为导向,在提供高质量样车的同时,降低产品开发成本,缩短产品开发周期。
Based on the practice of a brand of R＆D center prototype vehicle build and construct prototype system, the system is oriented to the overall goals of the organization, and the develop- ment cost and cycle is shortened while providing high quality prototype.
