摘要
精准扶贫是全面建成小康社会消除贫困的歼灭战,精准扶贫的实施效果将直接影响全面建成小康社会的进程,而民族地区精准扶贫的任务异常艰巨。文章基于对恩施州建始县长梁乡三宝村的深入调查,对目前精准扶贫实施过程中的难点进行分析,从精准识别、精准帮扶、精准管理三方面提出建设性的意见。
Precision poverty relief is a battle of annihilation for eliminating poverty and comprehensively building up a moderately prosperous society,and its effect would have a direct influence on the course of building up a moderately prosperous society in a comprehensive manner,so the task of precision poverty relief in minority areas is rather formidable. On the basis of an in-depth survey of Sanbao Village in Changliang Town of Jianshi County,Enshi Prefecture,this paper analyzes the difficulties in the process of present precision poverty relief and puts forth some constructive proposals in terms of precision recognition,precision assistance and precision management.
