摘要
该文基于消失模铸造白区发泡模具的特点和生产工艺,根据白模模具生产要求设计了以编码器和PLC为核心的发泡成型电气控制方案,该方案具有手动/自动两种模式,满足了企业的不同生产要求,同时此设计的人机界面系统可以方便操作人员设置工艺参数。
The characteristic and production engineering of lost casting foam mold is introduced in the paper. According to the requirement of mold production, the program of foam molding electrical control system of encoder and PLC as core is designed,which has two modes： manual and automatic, and also can meet the different requirements of the enterprise. Meanwhile, the HMI can set the casting parameters easily for operators.
