摘要
本文分析了在养殖环节病死动物无害化处理时,照片、视频和档案资料等证据材料采集审核中存在的问题,阐明了规范的采集要求,提出了应用计算机技术对基层人员上报的照片、数据资料的真伪进行鉴别审核的新方法,对各地在防止骗取、套取国家病死动物无害化处理补助方面,具有一定的借鉴意义。
The problems in collecting and auditing photos, specifications and videos and relavant records of dead animals during bio-safety disposal were described. Regulatory requirements on how to identify the authenticity of the photo and data reported by junior officers were illuminated. The application of computer software for relevant records consistency examination were put forward in this article.
