摘要
清管作业是天然气长输管道运行过程中的一项重要工作,它可以保证管道的输气效率和运行安全。但是目前大多数天然气长输管道收球场站排污罐设计压力、容量较小,排污作业无法实现高压力、大流量的在线排污模式。通过新建排污池、增设旋风分离器等措施优化现有排污工艺方式,解决了场站无法高压力、大流量在线排污的弊端,并成功地应用在了榆济管道的清管作业中,彻底清除了管道内的积水及冰水化合物,提高了管道的运输效率,并从根本上解决了管道冬季冰堵问题。
Pigging operation which ensure the pipeline gas transmission efficiency and operation safety is an importantwork during the running process of long distance gas pipeline. While both the design pressure and blowdown drums’ volumeare small in most receiving pig stations at present,being unable to achieve the online blowdown mode with high pressure andlarge flow. Through optimizing existing blowdown process,such as rebuilding blowdown tank and increasing the number ofcyclone separators,to solve the disadvantages of being unable to discharge pollution with high pressure and large flow online.And the optimization was applied successfully in Yulin-Jinan pipeline’s pigging,which cleans the water and hydrate in the pipecompletely promoting pipeline’s transport efficiency and solving pipeline’s ice block problem radically.
