摘要
目的 分析研究血必净注射液治疗脓毒症致急性肾损伤的疗效及对患者炎症因子的影响,为脓毒症致急性肾损伤患者的临床治疗提供新的思路。方法 抽取2013年1月-2015年10月我院接收的66例脓毒症致急性肾损伤患者作为研究对象,根据入院先后顺序分为观察组与对照组,各33例,对照组采用常规疗法,观察组在常规治疗基础上采用血必净注射液,对比观察两组患者治疗效果及治疗前后炎症因子变化情况。结果 观察组治疗有效率为81.8%（27/33）,对照组为57.6%（19/33）,两组对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗前观察组IL-10、IL-6及TNF-α水平与对照组相比差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,经治疗,观察组各项指标水平均明显优于对照组,差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论 脓毒症致急性肾损伤患者在常规治疗基础上加用血必净注射液可有效改善其炎症因子水平,提高治疗效果,具有一定临床价值,值得推广运用。
Objective To analyze the Xuebijing injection in the treatment of sepsis-induced acute kidney injury and its effect on efficacy in patients with inflammatory factors,to provide a new way of thinking for the clinical treatment of patients with acute kidney injury induced by sepsis. Methods 66 cases of acute kidney injury induced by sepsis in our hospital from January 2013 to October 2015, were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission,33 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, the observation group was given on the basis of routine treatment with Xuebijing injection. The effect of two groups of patients were compared and the changes of inflammatory factors before and after treatment were observed and compared between the groups. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 81.8%（27/33）, the control group was 57.6%（19/33）, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; The levels of IL-10, IL-6 and TNF- in the observation group were not significantly different from the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the indexes of the observation group were significantly better than the control group, and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Sepsis induced acute kidney injury patients in conventional therapy plus Xuebijing injection can effectively improve the level of inflammatory factors, improve the therapeutic effect and has certain clinical value, and is worthy of promotion.
