摘要
目的:观察刮痧联合拔罐与单纯刮痧和拔罐的疗效差异,为颈型颈椎病的治疗提供有效地方法。方法:将90例患者随机分为刮痧组、拔罐组、综合组,每组各30例,分别接受刮痧治疗、拔罐治疗和刮痧联合拔罐治疗,3组均7 d治疗1次,共治疗4次。比较3组治疗前后颈痛量表(NPQ)、颈椎功能障碍指数量表(NDI)评分的变化及疗程结束后的临床疗效。结果:3组治疗后NPQ和NDI评分较治疗前均明显下降(均P<0.05),且综合组各项评分较其它两组降低更加明显(均P<0.05);刮痧组治疗后各项评分略低于拔罐组,但差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);综合组治愈13例,显效11例,有效6例;刮痧组治愈6例,显效12例,有效11例,无效1例;拔罐组治愈4例,显效9例,有效15例,无效2例;综合组疗效优于其他两组(均P<0.05),刮痧组和拔罐组两组疗效相当(P>0.05)。结论:刮痧和拔罐均能减轻颈型颈椎病的疼痛,改善患者的颈椎功能,且刮痧联合拔罐治疗颈型颈椎病的疗效优于单纯刮痧和拔罐治疗。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy differences between scraping, cupping and combination with each other for cervical spondylosis of neck type, so as to provide effective method for clinical treatment. Methods ： 90 patients were randomized to scraping group, cupping group and comprehensive group, 30 cases in each group, acccepted the treatments of scraping, cupping and scraping combined with cupping, once every 7 days, totally for 4 times in the 3 groups. The neck pain questionear （ NPQ ）and the Neck Disability Index （ NDI ）were used to compare the change of socres before and after treatment, and the clinical efficacy in the 3 groups. Results ： The scores of NPQ and NDI after the session were decreased obviously in all the 3 groups （ all P〈0.05 ）, and the scores in the comprehensive group were lower than the other two groups （ all P〈0.05 ） ; Compared with the cupping group, the scores of NPQ and NDI in the scraping group were little lower, but without significnt difference between two groups （P〉0.05）; 13 cases were cured, 11 cases were markedly effective and 6 cases were effective in the comprehensive group; 6 cases were cured, 12 cases were markedly effective, 11 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective in the scraping group; 4 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly effective, 15 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective in the cupping group ; The therapeutic effect of the comprehensive group was better than the scraping group and the cupping group, the curative effects were similar between the scraping group and cupping group （ P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Scraping and cupping therapy both can release the cervical pain and improve the patients＇ cervical function, however, the comprehensive therapy of scraping and cupping is superior to either the simple scraping or the cupping.
