摘要
在国内外已有的研究文献基础上,论证了终身学习的内涵及其影响因素,并对影响终身学习参与的原因进行讨论。通过使用SPSS和Amos等软件,以CGSS2008数据为研究对象,建立结构方程模型,验证了个人情况和工作因素对终身学习参与有显著的直接影响;家庭因素对终身学习参与和工作因素均有间接影响。这在一定程度上丰富了终身学习理论,也为国内终身教育政策的制定,以及学习型社会的构建提供了一定的理论依据。
Based on existing research literature at home and abroad,this paper demonstrates the connotation of lifelong learning and its influencing factors,and discusses the factors which influence the lifelong learning participation. By the using SPSS and Amos,taking CGSS2008 data as the research object,it constructs a structural equation modeling and verifies that the personal circumstances and work factors have a significant and direct impact on lifelong learning; the factors involving families have an indirect impact on lifelong learning participation and on work factors. This study enriches lifelong learning theory to some extent,and would provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of domestic lifelong learning policy,as well as the construction of a learning society.
