摘要
目的优化甘草酸单铵盐的β-环糊精包合工艺。方法采用正交实验对甘草酸单铵盐-β-环糊精包合的主要参数进行筛选,以包合物的包合率和收得率为指标,选定最佳工艺。结果饱和水溶液法制备甘草酸单铵盐β-环糊精包合物的最佳工艺为:甘草酸单铵盐与β-环糊精的投料比为1∶6,包合温度为60℃,搅拌时间为1h,搅拌速度为400r/min。结论饱和水溶液法制备甘草酸单铵盐-β-环糊精,方法简便、操作简单。
Objective The optimized licorice licoflavoneβ-cyclodextrin inclusion process.Methods The main parameters for the licorice flavanone-β-cyclodextrin inclusion were screened by the orthogonal experiment.The best technical process were chosen according to,the inclusion rate and the yield rate.ResultsThe best licoflavone-β-cyclodextrin inclusion condition was that the licoflavone withβ-cyclodextrin′s batch feeding ratio was 1∶6and the package gathers the temperature was 40℃,stirring as the speed of 400r/min for 1 hour.Conclusion The saturated peroxide solution law preparation licoflavone-Beta-β-cyclodextrin the method is simple,simplicity of operator.
