摘要
对不同灰木配比的水泥刨花板力学性能进行试验研究,结果表明:在研究范围内水泥刨花板的密度、内结合强度、弹性模量和静曲强度都随灰木比的升高而增强,吸水厚度膨胀率随着灰木比的升高而降低。当灰木比为1:1时,板材的静曲强度为8.4 MPa;当灰木比为1.5:1时,板材的静曲强度为14.6 MPa;当灰木比为2:1时,板材的静曲强度为15.6 MPa水泥刨花板的力学强度在灰木比为2:1时达到最高。
The mechanic properties of cement-bonded particlehoard with different cement/wood ratios were studied.The results showed that within the scope of the study,with the increase of cement/wood ratio,the density,internal bonding strength(IB),modulus of elastic(MOE) and modulus of rupture(MOR) increased,the thickness swelling rate of water absorption(TS) decreased.It was found that when with the cement/wood ratio of 1:1,1.5:l,and 2:1,the MOR was 8.4,14.6,and 15.6 MPa respectively.Mechanical strength of the cement particlehoard reached the highest when cement/wood ratio was 2:1.
