摘要
文化以教育为生命载体,文化的形成及延续的过程就是教育过程。中国数千年超稳定农耕文化排斥科技创新,折射出大学文化中浓厚的"官本位"意识,以及对通过保障学术自由来达到探究真理、运用知识服务社会这一大学文化传统的漠视,使得大学长期疲于应付行政命令,而忽视真正的社会需求。这就需要以文化创新为实现机制,培育服务社会的组织文化并加以制度化,促使大学与现代社会实现互动。
Culture is dependent on education,the process of formation and continuation is the process of education. Chinese exceeding stable farming culture in one thousand years against technology knowledge intake,reflecting the strong ＂official rank standard＂consciousness of university culture,causes to ignore the universities’ culture tradition to safeguard academic freedom to explore the truth,and the use of knowledge for the society. Long-term government leading leads universities grappling with executive orders,and ignoring the real social demand. It requires the implementation mechanism in order to culture innovation,cultivates organizational culture of serving society and institutionalized,promotes the interaction between universities and modern society.
