维持性血透患者高磷血症的现状与治疗进展 被引量:21

摘要 慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)是严重的世界公共健康问题,占全球人口8%~16%[1]。据报道,我国CKD发病率约为10.8%,终末期肾病发病率为0.04%[2]。慢性肾脏病-矿物质和骨代谢异常(CKD-MBD)是慢性肾脏病患者重要并发症之一,是累及多个系统的症候群,与CKD患者死亡率密切相关。
