摘要
配水管网改扩建模型构建是对既有管线功能挖潜、再利用,是解决管网漏损率高、提高供水安全性等问题的有效措施,结合北方寒地实际情况对H市配水管网的改扩建进行合理规划,在提高整个供水系统稳定性的基础上,可节约投资,降低日常运行成本,更可缩短工程进度,提高整个供水系统应付突发事件的能力。解决供需矛盾需通过建立可靠的管网模型对配水管网改扩建进行规划。通过建立H市管网改扩建模型,分析H市管网模拟运行工况,对其管网布局进行合理的优化设计,使城市配水管网与水厂配套,满足城市供水要求,并保障供水安全性。
The water distribution network rebuilding and extending modeling is an effective measure to exploit the potentialities of pipelines and reuse them,in order to decrease the high leakage rate and improve the safety of water supply.To enhance the stability of the entire water supply system,a reasonable planning of water distribution in H City,according to the practical situations in the cold region in North China,can save investment,reduce operating costs,shorten the construction schedule and strengthen the abilities toward emergencies.It's necessary to plan the water distribution system with a reliable model to solve contradictions between supply and demand.Simulating operating conditions are analyzed in this paper by building a model of pipelines network in H City to optimize the layout,make the pipe network match the water plant,satisfy the demand and guarantee the safety of water supply.
