摘要
以专利为主要研究对象,对激光加工技术的专利类别、加工方式、适用产品进行定量分析,并对切割技术的技术方案和切割效果进行重点分析。分析表明,激光切割技术可应用于液晶玻璃基板和盖板玻璃的切割,其中激光划线激光断裂方案适于液晶玻璃基板切割;激光先对玻璃内部改性,再对玻璃表面进行聚焦照射的切断方案适于盖板玻璃切割。激光功率、波长、光斑形状和大小、聚焦位置以及扫描速度的确定是激光切割技术应用于生产线的主要难点。
Patents as the main research object, the patent category, processing methods and suitable products of laser processing technology are analyzed quantitatively, and the technical scheme of cutting technology and the effect of cutting are mainly analyzed. The analysis shows that the laser cutting technique can be applied to liquid crystal glass substrate and cover lens cutting. The scheme of laser scribing then cutting glass is suitable for LCD glass cutting; The scheme of laser reforming glass internal nature firstly then irradiating on glass surface to cut glass is suitable for cover lens cutting. The determination of laser power, wavelength, spot shape and size, focus position and scanning speed is the main difficulty of laser cutting technology ap- plied to the production line.
