摘要
为提高一维弹道修正弹修正能力,提出并设计一种新型的一维弹道修正机构。以旋转稳定弹为研究平台,在美式M2A1型105 mm口径榴弹上加装阻力修正机构,利用Adams和Fluent仿真软件对修正机构工作过程进行数值仿真,初步验证了该机构设计的可行性。研究结果表明:机构展开前后阻力系数比为2.2左右,动作一致性好,展开过程迅速且稳定可靠,满足对一维弹道修正能力的要求。可为一维弹道修正机构的进一步设计和实际应用提供帮助。
In order to improve correction capability of one-dimensional trajectory correction projectile , a new one-dimensional trajectory cor-rection device was proposed and designed .Taking spin-stabilized projectile as research platform , the 105 mm caliber grenade was fixed with resistance correction mechanism , Admas and Fluent were used to work out working process of the mechanism , feasibility of the mecha-nism design was verified .The results show that the resistance coefficient ratio can reach about 2.2 between before and after the mechanism works.It performs well in synchronization , reliably and speed, satisfying one-dimensional trajectory correction ability .The result is helpful for further design and practical application of one-dimensional trajectory correction mechanism .
