摘要
目的:从细胞水平探讨土贝母苷甲(TBMS1)对PC3细胞的抗肿瘤作用,为临床前列腺癌的有效治疗提供相应的理论依据。方法:利用MTT比色法检测TBMS1对PC3细胞的抑制作用,并计算抑制率。瑞氏染色法观察TBMS1作用细胞后,细胞内部形态学变化。结果:土贝母苷甲能明显抑制PC3细胞的增殖,并呈剂量依赖性。细胞形态呈典型的凋亡形态学改变。结论:土贝母苷甲显著抑制PC3细胞的增殖,具有一定的抗前列腺癌作用。
Objective：To investigate the Tubeimoside（TBMS1）anti - tumor effect of PC3 cells at cellular level. Methods：By MTT assay to detect the restrain of TBMS1 to PC3 cells in vitro,and calculate the inhibition rate. Ob-serve internal morphological changes. Results：Tubeimoside can inhibit the proliferation of PC3 cells in a dose - de-pendent manner. Cell morphology showed typical morphological changes of apoptosis. Conclusion：Tubeimoside inhibi-ted the proliferation of PC3 cells significantly,has a certain anti - prostate cancer effects.
