摘要
目的探讨复方苦参注射液联合醋酸甲地孕酮治疗子宫内膜癌的临床疗效。方法选取2013年4月—2015年8月在临高县人民医院妇产科接受治疗的子宫内膜癌患者88例,根据治疗方案的差别分为对照组和治疗组,每组各44例。两组患者均给予必要的基础治疗。对照组口服醋酸甲地孕酮片,160 mg/次,1次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上静脉滴注复方苦参注射液,20 mL加入0.9%生理盐水250 mL中,1次/d。两组患者均连续治疗4周。治疗后比较两组患者近期疗效,观察生存质量的改善和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,对照组客观缓解率(ORR)为43.18%,临床获益率(CBR)为70.45%,治疗组ORR为65.91%,CBR为88.64%,两组ORR、CBR比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组和治疗组生存质量改善率分别为75.00%和90.91%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程中,对照组不良反应例数明显高于治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方苦参注射液联合醋酸甲地孕酮治疗子宫内膜癌效果显著,可显著改善患者生活质量,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Compound Kushen Injection combined with megestrol acetate in treatment of endometrial carcinoma. Methods Patients（88 cases） with endometrial carcinoma in the Lingao People＇s Hospital from April 2013 to August 2015 were divided into control and treatment group according to different treatment plans, and each group had 44 cases. All patients were given necessary basic treatment. The patients in the control group were po administered with Megestrol Acetate Tablets, 160 mg/time, once daily. The patients in the treatment group were iv administered with Compound Kushen Injection on the basis of the control group, 20 mL added into normal saline 250 mL, once daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, short-term efficacies between two groups were compared, equally, the improvement of survival quality and adverse reactions were evaluated. Results After treatment, ORR and CBR in the control group were respectively 43.18% and 70.45%, equally, ORR and CBR in the treatment group were 65.91% and 88.64%, and there were differences between two groups（P〈 0.05）. After treatment, the improvement rate of survival quality in the control and treatment groups were 75.00% and 90.91%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups（P〈 0.05）. During the treatment, cases of adverse reactions in the control group were more than those in the treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compound Kushen Injection combined with megestrol acetate has a good clinical efficacy in the treatment of endometrial carcinoma, and there are more adverse reactions in the control group than those in the treatment group, also can significantly improve the life quality, which has a certain clinical application value.
