摘要
结合无锡地铁1、2号线中电气火灾监控系统的设计、施工、调试、运营等情况,阐述城市轨道交通电气火灾监控系统的具体设计方案,主要包括系统设置范围的变电所400 V柜及环控电控柜出线;系统预警和报警整定值300 m A和500 m A;系统直接与综合监控系统做通信接口等。另外,还指出城市轨道交通电气火灾监控系统在实际设计和施工过程中需要注意的事项,主要包括在设计中只对故障回路进行检测、报警而不联动故障回路断路器跳闸,建议选择一体式监控探测器并且事先预留安装位置等;在施工中N线需穿过探测器,而PE线则不能穿过探测器等,为后续城市轨道交通电气火灾监控系统的设计和施工提供参考。
Taking Wuxi Metro Line 1 and Line 2 as examples, this paper describes the detailed application scheme for electric fire monitoring system throughout the process of design, construction, commissioning and operation of urban rail transit. The outlets of 400V substation cabinet and the installation of environmental control system cabinet are adopted, setting values of early warning system and alarm system are 300mA and 500mA respectively, and communication interface between electric fire monitoring system and comprehensive monitoring system is particularly set, etc. Besides, the special considerations both in design and construction of electric fire monitoring system are descried, including fault circuit testing in the process of design, the check and alarm program set to prevent the fault circuit while circuit breaker is tripping in not - linkage fault circuit. Integrated monitoring detector is strongly recommended for the system and its installation location should be reserved in advance; in the process of project construction, N line should go through the detector but PE line should avoid the detector, etc. This study is expected to provide a valuable reference for those electric fire monitoring systems in subsequent urban rail transit project construction.
