摘要
定岗实习是高职教育中必不可少的环节之一,而在定岗实习过程中出现了"放羊式"等问题,究其原因是定岗实习过程管理出现的问题。为了有效的解决该问题,本文重点研究了引用CRP管理系统,进行定岗实习过程管理,实现了定岗实习的过程监控和动态管理。
Create Positions Internship is one of the indispensable link in higher vocational education , and worked as an intern in create positions ＂sheep＂ has occurred in the process of practice . Investigating its reason is create positions management problems in the internship process . In order to effectively solve the problem , this paper mainly studies the reference CRP management system to create positions internship process management , so implements the internship process monitoring and dynamic management create positions .
