一种新型的扫描隧道显微镜温度控制系统的设计

摘要 设计了一种新型的扫描隧道显微镜温度控制系统,温度控制以ADS1247为主电路模块的恒流源法的铂电阻温度控制。系统使用球形封闭曲面,球腔的传递函数可以被估计为一阶系统。为了验证该系统对内外温度干扰的抵抗性能,对传递函数的特性进行了实验分析。仿真结果表明,有较大时间常数的传递函数可以使系统更好地抵制外界环境的干扰。通过重新设计的密闭曲面壳体结构,可以使得扫描隧道显微镜设计的温度控制系统在一小时内把温度波动范围稳定在0.01℃内,达到了设计要求,具有明显的优越性。 Design a novel temperature control system for scanning tunneling microscope using a spherical closed surface capsule. Put ADS1247 as the the main circuit module for platinum resistance temperature control. The trans-fer functions of the capsule can be estimated as the first order system. The characteristic of transfer functions are an-alyzed to verify the performance of the temperature control system against the existence of an external disturbance temperature and an internal disturbance temperature. The simulation results show that the large time constant of transfer function has an advantage to isolate the system against the external disturbance in ambient environment very well. We believe that the temperature control system for a scanning tunneling microscope using the closed sur-face capsule with the fluctuation of temperature in the level of 0.01℃over the period of 1 hour can be constructed by redesigning of the structure of a spherical closed surface capsule based on the result of these preliminary experi-ments. It reached the design requirements and has obvious advantages.
