完全无管化达芬奇机器人纵隔肿瘤切除手术在快速康复外科中应用 被引量：9

摘要 目的探讨应用达芬奇机器人手术系统(DVSS)行纵隔肿瘤切除术中完全无管化(TNT)的安全性和可行性。方法回顾性分析2015年11月沈阳军区总医院胸外科应用DVSS行纵隔肿瘤切除术的3例患者的临床资料,术中无气管插管,术后无胸引管、无尿管。分析患者术中及术后恢复情况。结果本组3例患者均顺利完成手术,术后无并发症,术后住院中位天数3 d。结论 TNT下的DVSS纵隔肿瘤切除是安全、可行的,患者创伤更小,恢复更快,住院时间更短,符合快速康复外科的理念。
