摘要
风力发电已经成为全球范围内技术成熟、经济可行、应用广泛的可再生能源之一,但在我国风电场都处于区域电网的末端,其电网结构和安全稳定性相对薄弱。风电场事故很可能带来很大的风电穿透功率,它甚至会改变所在区域电网的潮流分布,威胁整个电网的静、暂态稳定性。针对含风电场的电网进行研究,根据风电场对电网的运行状态脆弱性的影响,提出风电场并网条件下电网连锁故障的预测方法;研究风电场不同并网容量、并网方式以及风电场故障对电网连锁故障的影响,通过对IEEE-57母线系统进行仿真分析,验证其电网连锁故障预测方法的合理性、可行性和有效性。
Wind power has become one of the renewable energy sources with mature technology, economic feasibility and wide application in the world, however, wind farms in our country are at the end of the regional power grid, so their power grid structure and safety and stability are relatively weak. Wind farm accident is likely to bring high wind power penetration, and it may even change the power flow distribution of the regional power grid in which the accident happens, which threatens the static and transient stability of the whole power grid. Research is made on the power system with wind farm, and according to the impact of wind farm on the vulnerability of grid operation state, method of forecasting power grid cascading failures under the condition of wind farm integration is proposed. Wind power grid-connected capacity and ways of grid-connection of wind farm and the impact of wind farm accident upon power grid cascading failures are studied. Simulation analysis of IEEE-57 bus system verifies the rationality, feasibility and validity of the proposed forecasting method.
