摘要
在飞速发展的中国,无偿献血已成为一种美德无偿献血可以充分的保证临床对血液的需求,使更多的急需用血的患者得到帮助。因此血站的最主要也是最基本的任务是招募无偿献血者,无偿献血者的招募形式的合理构建与很好的运行是保证临床血液的需求、无偿献血者的健康发展的动力。无偿献血者在献血的过程中,血站需要时刻保护好献血者的健康不受到破坏,这样可以促使更多的人加入到无偿献血的队伍当中,可以让无偿献血的事业顺利、持续的发展下去。因此,我国应该尽快完善无偿献血者的招募体系。
