顶空气相色谱法测定水中乙醛、丙烯醛、丙烯腈和吡啶 被引量:10

Determination of acetaldehyde,acrolein,acrylonitrile and pyridine in water with headspace gas chromatography

摘要 建立水中乙醛、丙烯醛、丙烯腈和吡啶的顶空气相色谱测定方法,经顶空进样,用HP-INNOWAX毛细管色谱柱程序升温分离,FID检测,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。水中乙醛、丙烯醛、丙烯腈和吡啶的浓度范围分别在16.0-800μg/L、16.0-800μg/L、15.4-768μg/L、80.0-4 000μg/L时,回归曲线相关系数为0.999 7、0.998 9、0.999 9和0.997 9,检出限分别为2.6、2.7、2.0和4.4μg/L。乙醛、丙烯醛、丙烯腈和吡啶分别在16.0μg/L、16.0μg/L、15.4μg/L、80.0μg/L浓度时,7次平行测定结果的相对标准差分别为5.3%、5.6%、4.3%和1.7%,样品加标回收率乙醛为92.6%、丙烯醛为92.8%、丙烯腈为99.6%和吡啶为102%。实验结果表明,顶空气相色谱法在相关系数、检出限、相对标准偏差、回收率等各方面均满足地表水环境质量标准要求,而且顶空气相色谱法前处理简单,无需使用有机溶剂,简便、快速、准确、重现性好,适合各种水体中乙醛、丙烯醛、丙烯腈和吡啶的同时测定。 A headspace gas chromatographic method was developed for the determination of acetaldehyde,acrolein,acrylonitrile and pyridine in water. Acetaldehyde,acrolein,acrylonitrile and pyridine in water sample was separated from each other through HP-INNOWAX capillary column and determined by GC-FID. Retention time of the peaks was used for qualitative analysis,while external standard method was used for quantitative analysis. When concentration ranges of acetaldehyde,acrolein,acrylonitrile and pyridine were respectively 16. 0 ~ 800μg / L、16. 0 ~ 800μg / L、15. 4 ~ 768μg / L、80. 0~ 4 000μg / L,the correlation coefficient of regression curve was 0. 999 7 for acetaldehyde,0. 998 9 for acrolein,0. 999 9 for acrylonitrile and 0. 997 9 for pyridine. The detection limit was 2. 6 μg / L for acetaldehyde,2. 7 μg / L for acrolein,2. 0 μg / L for acrylonitrile and 4. 4 μg / L for pyridine. The relative standard deviation( n = 7) was 5. 3% for acetaldehyde at concentration of 16. 0μg / L,5. 6% for acrolein at concentration of 16. 0μg / L,4. 3% for acrylonitrile at concentration of 15. 4μg / L and 1. 7% for pyridine at concentration of 80. 0μg / L. And recovery rates were 92. 6% for acetaldehyde,92. 8% for acrolein,99. 6% for acrylonitrile,and 102% for pyridine. The results demonstrated that the headspace gas chromatographic method met the requirements of surface water environment quality standards in correlation coefficient of regression curve,detection limit,and relative standard deviation and recovery rates. The headspace gas chromatographic method was simple,fast,sensitive,accurate and applicable for the determination of acetaldehyde,arolein,acrylonitrile and pyridine in various water samples.
