摘要
研制了高精度手持式电磁超声测厚仪。根据电磁超声回波峰值出现时刻不规律的特点,采用了基于首个周波检测的电磁超声测厚方法。设计了基于FPGA的大功率发射电路和低噪声接收电路,实现了超声波发射和低噪声接收;设计了基于ARM处理器的嵌入式Linux软件,实现了厚度计算、波形显示、参数设置、厚度-距离曲线等功能。利用该测厚仪对不同厚度的铝合金标准试块和钢板进行测厚实验。实验结果表明,该测厚仪分辨力达到0.01 mm,测量厚度可精确到0.001 mm。
A high accuracy hand-held thickness gauge with electromagnetic acoustic transducer was developed. The arrival time of electromagnetic ultrasonic echo peak is irregular,so the method based on the first cycle was adopted. High-power transmitter circuit and low-noise receiver circuit were designed by FPGA,implementing ultrasonic emission and low-noise receiver. An embedded Linux software was developed to realize user interface by ARM such as thickness calculate,waveform display,parameter settings,thickness-distance curve and so on. Experimental results show that the discreteness of the digital reference of the thickness gauge is 0. 001 mm and resolution reaches 0. 01 mm.
