摘要
目的探讨北京市产科助产士人力资源现况对产科工作的影响。方法描述性分析北京市2013年及2014年产科助产士人力资源现况与北京市产科床位及分娩情况的关系。结果 2013年北京市助产士1 310人,2014年1 430人,增长9.16%;2013年北京市共有产科床位4 408张,2014年有4 907张,增长11.3%;2013年助产士助产服务效率164.50,2014年助产士助产服务效率174.00。结论北京市助产士人力资源利用率高,与分娩量比较明显不足。
Objective To explore the effect of current situation of midwives human resources on Obstetrical Department work in Bei- jing. Methods The relationships between the current situation of midwives human resources in Beijing in 2013 and 2014 and obstetric beds, childbirth situations were analyzed descriptively. Results In 2013, the number of midwives in Beijing was 1 310, and in 2014 the number reached 1 430, increasing by 9. 16% ; the numbers of obstetric beds in 2013 and 2014 were 4 408 and 4 907, respectively, that in- creased by 11.3% ; the midwives service efficiencies were 164. 50 in 2013 and 174.00 in 2014. Conclusion The utilization rate of mid- wives service is high in Beijing, but the midwives human resource is lack in terms of childbirth number.
