摘要
利用中国先进研究堆(CARR)热中子束流孔道首次开展了瞬发伽玛中子活化分析(PGNAA)实验。对NH4Cl、Si、Fe、Al等4种样品进行了辐照,同时采用HPGe、LaBr3、BGO 3种探测器对样品进行实时测量,在瞬发伽玛射线的能量为0.002-10 MeV范围内研究了3种探测器在宽能区的能量线性、能量分辨率、探测效率等性能。
The prompt gamma neutron activation analysis( PGNAA) has been carried out by using the thermal neutron beam from the horizontal neutron guide of China Advance Research Reactor( CARR). Three kinds of gamma detectors( HPGe,BGO and LaBr3) have been used for prompt gamma ray collection which came from the four kinds of specimen( NH4Cl,Si,Fe and Al). The capabilities of linearity,resolution and detection efficiency of gamma energy have been compared which are from the HPGe,BGO and LaBr3 detectors respectively at the range of 2 keV to 10 MeV of gamma energy. The results indicated that the detector of LaBr3 is reasonable predominance of detection efficiency and resolution of gamma energy.
