摘要
介绍了一种智能真空断路器在线监测系统设计方案,采用位移传感器、力传感器分别测量触头行程信号及触头力信号;采用霍尔传感器监测分合闸线圈电流信号、储能回路电流信号,实现对真空断路器机械电气特性的在线监测,设计硬件以STM32系列的高性能低功耗ARM Cortex-M内核处理器作为断路器采集及监控单元,外围辅助采集、调理、优化电路;软件采用占先式多任务实时内核uC/OS-Ⅱ操作系统进行软件计算分析等,本文分别从硬件,软件方面阐述真空断路器机械电气特性参数实现监测的设计方案。
This article presents a design scheme of intelligent vacuum breaker online monitoring System.System adopts the displacement sensor to measure the contact travel signal,and adopts the force sensor to measure the contact force signal.Design adopts the holzer sensor to monitor on trip and off trip coil current signal and energy storage circuit of current signal to realize the on-line monitoring of the electrical characteristics of mechanical vacuum circuit breaker.Design hardware adopts the STM32 series high performance and low power consumption ARM Cortex-M kernel processor as the circuit breaker sampling and monitoring unit,Peripheral adopts the auxiliary acquisition circuit,conditioning circuit,optimize circuit.The software adopts preemptive uC/OS-Ⅱ real-time multi task operating system to realize software analysis and calculation and so on.This article talked briefly about the hardware and software online monitoring design scheme of vacuum breaker to achieve mechanical and electrical characteristics parameters measurement.
