摘要
为了实现天然气用户用气量的合理分配,以天然气的使用价值代替天然气价格,以效益最大化为目标函数,用户的用气量为约束条件,建立并求解天然气资源的协调优化模型。该模型解决了传统方法分配天然气资源误差较大的问题,实现了天然气资源协调优化配置的目的,大大提高了天然气的使用价值,对于天然气营销部门制定合理的用气方案、供气计划以及应急预案,进行天然气资源的协调优化和调度决策具有重要的指导意义。
In this paper, in order to realize the allotment of the gas consumption of natural gas users rationally, the natural gas resources coordination and optimization model was established and solved by replacing the natural gas price with its utilization value, with the benefit maximization as the objective function and the gas consumption as the constraints. Without the deficiency of traditional methods which have bigger errors in gas allotment, this model has helped to realize coordinated and optimized allotment of natural gas resources, thereby increasing utilization value of natural gas. This model plays an instructive role for natural gas marketing departments to prepare gas consumption schemes, gas supply plans and emergency plans rationally for purpose of optimization, coordination and scheduling decision of natural gas resources.
