摘要
建立六氟化硫(SF_6)回收处理中心,对SF_6废气实行回收再利用能够有效控制温室气体的排放,具有重要的社会效益和环保效益。为了确定出合理的位置,通过综合考虑影响SF_6回收处理中心的相关因素,建立电网企业SF_6处理中心综合评价指标体系。之后,利用云模型把专家的定性评价值以定量值的形式表示,使得各指标值均用云表示。再结合各指标权重求得评价目标的云值,并与评价标尺进行比较,从而确定出候选地的评价等级。最后通过算例验证了该模型的可行性及有效性,为选址的最终决策提供一定的客观依据。
Establishing the sulfur hexafluoride(SF_6) treatment center for SF_6 waste recovery can substantially limit greenhouse gas emissions and bring about great social and environmental benefits. In order to determine the reasonable location of the SF_6 treatment center, comprehensively considering the related factors of the SF_6 treatment center, the paper constructed the index system for site selection of the SF_6 treatment centers in electric power corporation. After the experts' qualitative evaluation values were transformed to quantitative data with the cloud model, all the index values were described by the clouds and combined with index weights to acquire the final cloud model of every evaluation object. According to the remark set, the assessment results could be obtained. Finally, it proved the feasibility and effectiveness of the cloud model through an example, which provided some objective bases for site selection decision-making.
