摘要
目的分析在留置PICC乳腺癌病人护理中应用程序式的健康教育效果。方法选取2014年11月—2015年11月选择留置PICC的100例乳腺癌病人,分为干预组与常规组,各50例,常规组患者根据常规的置管护理实施健康宣教,干预组患者使用程序式的健康教育方式,分析比较两组乳腺癌患者的临床护理效果。结果经健康教育后,干预组患者结束第3次的化疗周期以后,知信行水平明显提高,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患者的并发症发生率明显比常规组低,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组延迟维护次数明显比常规组少,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在留置PICC乳腺癌病人护理中应用程序式的健康教育,可以提高患者知信行的水平,降低患者并发症的发生率,不容易发生延迟维护的情况,能够提高患者临床护理效果,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To analysis the indwelling PICC application in breast cancer patients nursing health education effect.Methods Select in November 2014- November 2015 selected indwelling PICC 100 breast cancer patients, divided into intervention group and normal group, the 50 cases, normal group of patients, according to conventional catheter nursing health education implementation, use of procedural way of health education intervention group patients, compared two groups of patients with breast cancer clinical care effect. Results After health education intervention group patients after the end of the third chemotherapy cycle, nobuyuki level increased significantly, compared to significant difference in both groups, there is statistical significance(P 〈0.05); Intervention group was obviously lower than normal group, the patients with complication rates compared with significant difference, there is statistical significance(P〈 0.05); Intervention group delay maintenance significantly less than normal group, significant difference was found in contrast, there is statistical significance(P〈 0.05). Conclusion The application in the indwelling PICC breast cancer patient care of health education, can improve the level of patients with known nobuyuki, reduce the incidence of complications in patients with delayed maintenance is not easy to happen, can improve the effect of clinical nursing, have clinical application value.
