摘要 随着社会的不断进步,现有的发电量增长水平已经无法满足长期处于高速发展的国民经济,因此我们需要在增大发电量的同时还要提高供电质量。但是由于我国传统的配电网运行管理办法比较落后,再加上电网的自身结构问题,导致了大量设备出现了老化的现象,此外操作人员的操作不当问题也是影响配电网输送能力的重要因素。传统的配网运行管理模式已经无法满足社会发展的需要,因此利用现代化的管理手段的电力自动化系统应运而生解决了上述问题,并在应用中一直保持安全平稳的工作状态。不仅提升了工作质量,还节省了大量的人力和物力取得非常好的社会和经济效益。 With the continuous progress of society, the current level of power generation capacity has been unable to meet the national economy with long-term development, so we need to increase the amount of power generation and improve the quality of power supply. But because the traditional distribution network operation management in China is under-developed and the problems of the grid structure, a large number of equipment has been aging. In addition the operators' improper operation is also an important factor affecting the transmission capacity of the distribution network. The traditional distribution network operation management mode has been unable to meet the needs of social development, so the power automation system using modern management tools has appeared, which solves the above problems, maintains a safe and stable working condition in the application, improves the quality of work, saves a lot of manpower and material resources and achieves very good social and economic benefits.
