摘要
马王堆诸书认为房事是自然的,而房事过程中的享乐也是自然的。诸书探讨的问题,究其实质,是探讨如何使房事既能达到享乐的目的,又不损害、甚至是增进健康长寿。这些思想和方法基本符合性保健和性卫生的要求,也为后世中医房事养生理论奠定了基础。早泄所以成为一个问题,其本质在于伴侣双方或者一方在房事中的快感得不到满足,其特征在于男性对于射精和性高潮的控制能力不足,而在治疗早泄上寻求单一的病因治疗或者对症治疗可能并不能取效,应该从认识到行为上综合判断和治疗。可以依据中国传统性学观念,将早泄看成是一种可以锻炼、提高的自然状态来研究其解决方法,从而获取另一种看待早泄的思路,从单一的治疗转变为整体的调节和护理,或许更有利于早泄问题的解决。
Even though there are some superstitious thoughts and method in the Mawangdui books,many ideas in these recordings are very valuable. In brief,according to Mawangdui books,sexual intercourse is a natural thing,so is the joy during the activity.The essence of various books is about how to achieve the goal of enjoyment without harming but even enhancing healthy condition and longevity. These thoughts and methods basically in accordance with the requirement of the sexual health care and sexual hygiene,and this also pave the way for the theory of coition Chinese medicine. Premature ejaculation（ PE） has become a problems which lies in the dissatisfaction of one of the couple of both of them during the intercourse activity. It is characterized by the failure of control in the ejaculation and orgasm. However,the enhancement of the pleasant sensation of intercourse activity can be achieved by certain methods and techniques,not merely limited to medical treatment. In Mawangdui books,the principles and methods of continence,saving essence,taking tonics,guiding,expiration and inspiration have significant value for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of PE.
