摘要
本文针对少数民族地区以内蒙古地区为例,对内蒙古地区高等教育投资的现状做出分析,接着分析高等教育投资与经济增长的关系,选取国内生产总值与教育投资总额两个指标进行格兰杰因果检验,得出高等教育的投资和经济的发展是相互促进的。定位政府、社会、高校这三者之间的联系,提出优化政府投资的建议,充分利用市场的有效运行机制改变高等教育只依赖政府投资的现状,让少数民族地区培养更多的人力资源,经济发展更加繁荣富强。
Ethnic minority areas in Inner Mongolia region as an example,the author of this paper,the analysis of the status quo of the higher education investment in Inner Mongolia to make,and then analyzes the relations between higher education investment and economic growth,gross domestic product（ GDP） and total education investment of two selected indicators for granger causality test,it is concluded that the investment of higher education and economic development are mutually promote. Positioning the connection between the government,society,the three colleges and universities,puts forward Suggestions for the optimization of government investment,make full use of the effective operation of market mechanism to change the present situation of the higher education only rely on the government investment,let the ethnic minority areas to cultivate more human resources,economic development is more prosperous and strong.
