摘要
在"双创"背景下,为推进农村深入改革,加快发展农村创业型经济,必须确保作为农村创业活动带头人的大学生村官"下得去、待得住、干得好、流得动",鼓励大学生村官积极投入创业富民的热潮。鉴于此,就大学生村官这一群体,在了解大学生村官创业意愿形成过程的基础上,深入挖掘影响大学生村官创业意愿的因素,提出大学生村官创业意愿的培养路径,即营造良好的创业环境,使大学生村官创业有热情;建立风险保障体系,使大学生村官创业有底气;提升个体的创业水平,使大学生村官创业有信心。
Under the background of the ＂mass entrepreneurship and innovation＂ , to deeply promote rural reform and accelerate the development of rural entrepreneurial economy, great efforts should be made to encourage the college student village officials, as the leader of rural entrepreneurship, to go into the swing of entrepreneurship, and ensure them can go to the village, stay in the village, do a good job in the village and undertake the transfer of personnel. In view of this, based on the knowledge of the formation process of entrepreneurial intentions of college student village officials, the study digs into the influencing factors of their entrepreneurial intentions and puts forward the following suggestions for cultivating their intentions： creating a good business environment to inspire the passion of entrepreneurship; building a risk safeguard system so that the student officials will be emboldened; raising the entrepreneurship level of individuals to increase their confidence.
