摘要
目的调查兰州市大学新生高血压的患病情况及相关危险因素,为群体的高血压防治工作提供基础依据。方法随机抽取兰州市独立本科院校、大专院校及高等职业专科学校各1所,分别对这3所高校2010年新入学的全部7 252名新生按照统一标准采用袖带压迫血管测量血压和高血压相关危险因素的调查问卷,选择经确诊患有高血压的患者240例,每校各80例,同时采用自填式问卷的方法对可能影响血压的相关因素进行调查,分析导致高血压的高危因素。同时各校匹配80例非高血压的大学新生,采用多元逐步Logistic回归法分析影响新生高血压的危险因素。结果通过单因素Logistic回归分析,初步筛选高血压与性别、体质指数、血脂代谢异常、吸烟、饮酒、情绪紧张、体育锻炼和家族史等因素相关性较高,P值均小于0.13。采用多因素Logistic回归分析发现影响本地区大学新生高血压的高危因素有体质指数、年龄、家族史和血脂代谢异常,OR值分别为4.78、3.14、6.61和4.56,P均<0.05。结论影响兰州地区大学新生高血压的主要因素有体质指数、年龄、家族史和血脂代谢异常,可采取运动及健康的生活方式等预防措施进行早期的干预,以期在疾病早期得以预防和控制。
Objective To investigate the risk factors related to hypertension among freshmen in Lanzhou City,in order to provide some information for the prevention and treatment of hypertension.Methods One university,one college,and one vocational technical college in Lanzhou were randomized.The 7 252 freshmen enrolled in these schools in2010 were enrolled.The cuff pressure of these students were detected.Questionnaire on risk factors of hypertension was conducted.A total of 240 confirmed hypertensive students were selected,80 from each school.These students were required to fill in a questionnaire on related factors of hypertension.The risk factors were then analyzed.Another 240 healthy controls were selected from the 3 schools.A multivariate stepwise Logistic regression was conducted to analyze the risk factors of hypertension.Results Single factor Logistic regression analysis showed that sex,body mass index,blood lipid metabolic abnormalities,smoking,drinking,emotional tension,physical exercise and family history had high correlation with hypertension（all P0.13）.Multivariable Logistic regression analysis found that high risk factors included body mass index,age,family history and blood lipid metabolic abnormalities（OR=4.78,3.14,6.61,4.56,respectively,all P0.05）.Conclusion The major risk factors of hypertension for college students in Lanzhou include body mass index,age,family history and blood lipid metabolic abnormalities.Sports and health way of life can be taken to prevent and control this disease.
