摘要
针对连线片的图形和产品特点,进行工艺分析、工艺方案的确定、排样设计、模具主要零部件和模具结构的优化设计,使模具材料的利用率提高,冲压产品尺寸得到保证。
According to characteristics of graph and product of connecting piece,this paper confirms processing analysis and plan and makes optimization design of mould to improve utilization rate of mould material and guarantee the size of products.
