摘要
分析了兵马俑的五轴联动数控加工工艺,通过合理设置UG CAM的驱动方法、投影矢量和刀轴控制等参数,运用定轴和五轴联动加工的方法生成程序,经后处理器生成NC文件。通过VERICUT仿真软件进行仿真加工,验证后传输到五轴机床进行产品加工。因此大大缩短了加工时间,提高了生产效益,保证了产品质量。
This paper analyzes five-axis linkage NC processing technology of the terracotta army. Through setting up reasonable UGCAM driven approach, projection vector and the tool axis control parameters, such as, postprocessor is used to generate NC file for fixed axis machining and five-axis linkage machining. VERICUT software is used to simulate and validate machining process of product, then transfer NC file to the five axis machine tool. The processing time is greatly shortened, the production efficiency is improved, the product quality is guaranteed.
