摘要
分析了当前数控刀架领域的发展和应用现状,对比研究了BMT刀盘和VDI刀盘的结构特点。设计了基于BMT接口的数控刀架刀盘,针对BMT刀盘的结构特点,设计了加工工艺和关键工序的加工方案。将设计制造的BMT刀盘应用于某伺服动力刀架,应用实例证明设计可行,制造工艺合理可靠,提升了动力刀架刀盘国产化和产业化能力。
Current development and application status of turret tool disk are analyzed, and difference of BMT interface and VDI interface is compared. A kind of BMT interface turret disk is designed. Based on characteristics of BMT disk, professing and key procedure are presented. The designed BMT disk is applied in a drivell turret. Application indicates that the design of BMT disk is feasible, and processing is reasonable and reliable. This research can improve the level of turret disk in domestication and industrialization.
