摘要
有一定规模、时间跨度较大的医院新进员工的岗前培训是一个复杂的管理体系,在内容设置上可能与受训者的需求脱节,在执行过程中容易出错。质量管理工具的应用是实施精细化科学管理的重要手段,其中调查表和甘特图是解决岗前培训管理中存在问题的有效工具。在本院2014年对195名新进员工的岗前培训管理中,由于调查表和甘特图的应用,使培训在取得较好效果的同时(P<0.05),参加培训的新进人员对培训预期与实际的满意度和参与度都得到了较大的提升(P<0.05)。
Pre-employment training of new staff with large scale and long duration in hospital is a complex management system. The content of training might be different from the requirements of staff, and a lot mistakes might be made during the implementation process. The utilization of quality management toolsis an important method to realize elaborative and scientific management, among which questionnaire and Gantt chart are two effective tools to solve problems in management of pre-employment training. In 2014, due to the application of questionnaire and Gantt chart in the management of pre-employment training of 195 new staff in our hospital, staff who attended pre-employment training had great performance(P〈0.05), meanwhile their satisfaction and participation degree were also improved a lot(P〈0.05).
