摘要
汽车散热器是发动机冷却液与空气进行热交换的换热设备,它的好坏直接影响到发动机的动力性和经济性,是发动机冷却系统中非常重要的一部分。随着仿真软件被广泛的用到散热器设计中,使散热器的优化设计更加的轻便。文章主要利用Fluent软件,采用Simple算法和标准k-e湍流模型,模拟计算了水在散热器内部的流动传热过程,通过分析温度场和压力场等的变化,获得散热器的工作情况,为散热器优化设计提供参考。
Car radiator is an exchanging heat equipment that can exchange coolant liquid with air, and it’ s goodness or badness will directly affect the engine performance and fuel economy, is a very important part of engine cooling system. This paper established use Fluent software, the Simple algorithm and standard k-e turbulence model, simulation calculation of the flow of water within the radiator heat transfer process, through the analysis of the change of the temperature field and stress field, etc, for the performance of the radiator, to provide the reference for the radiator optimization design.
