摘要
随着我国海洋石油业的迅猛发展,海上钢制结构物也越来越多。目前我国已有上百座石油生产装置分布在渤海、东海和南海的广大海域。这些设施大多采用钢铁材料制成,因此海上钢制结构物的腐蚀控制直接关系到这些设施的安全。本文主要介绍海上石油生产装置的腐蚀特点,腐蚀机理以及目前世界上主流的防腐蚀方法,为海上生产装置的安全运行提供有力的保障。
With the fast development of offshore petroleum industry in China,the equipment with steel structure on ocean have become more and more.At present,our country has built hundreds of equipment for petrochemical production in the area of Bohai Sea,Donghai Sea,Nanhai Sea.and so on.Most of the equipment have adopted the steel and iron material,so the corrosion control of ocean steel structure equipment directly concern these equipment safety.This paper mainlv introduces the corrosion character and corrosion theory of offshore oil production equipment and the main stream of corrosion prevention methods in the world,which provides strong guarantee for the safe operation of the ocean production equipment.
