摘要
在阐释特色农业产业集群发展模式的基础上,以河南省为例,深入分析了特色种植业、林果业、畜牧业、渔业、文化创意等农业产业集群发展模式。提出了及时发掘地方特色农业资源禀赋优势,培育壮大涉农龙头企业,建立健全激励约束机制,制定完善涉农法规制度,切实加强部门合作联动,不断增强宣传力度等推动特色农业产业集群健康发展的对策建议。
Based on the interpretation of the characteristic agricultural industrial cluster and the case of Henan province, the development models of characteristic agricultural industrial cluster such as characteristic crop production, characteristic gardening, characteristic animal husbandry, characteristic fishery and characteristic cultural and creative industry were summarized in depth. Finally, countermeasures of exploring local resource endowment advantages timely, fostering characteristics leading enterprises, establishing constraints incentive mechanism, perfecting relevant laws and regulations and reinforcing cooperation and department linkage and strengthening publicity of characteristic agricultural industrial cluster development were put forward to promote the healthy development of characteristic agricultural industrial cluster.
