摘要
目的观察臭氧水溶液治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法 100例复发性口腔溃疡患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采用常规治疗措施,实验组在对照组的基础上加用臭氧水溶液治疗,治疗4周并进行随访。治疗结束后检测患者创口的细菌检出率,同时记录并比较两组患者的临床疗效、止痛时间、溃疡愈合时间,以及治疗结束后3个月和6个月的复发例数。结果实验组的临床疗效显著优于对照组,创口细菌检出率低于对照组,溃疡时间、溃疡数、止痛时间、愈合时间以及复发例数也比对照组少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论臭氧水溶液治疗复发性口腔溃疡效果好,安全性高,值得推广。
Objective To observe the efficacy of ozone water solution in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Methods 100 cases with recurrent oral ulcer were selected and randomly divided into Experiment Group and Control Group with 50 cases in each group. Control Group received routine procedure while Experiment Group received treatment with ozone water solution based on the routine procedure. Follow-up was carried out after 4 weeks of treatment. After the treatment is finished, bacterium picking out rate was detected while the clinical efficacy, average duration of pain, ulcer healing time, as well as the recurrent cases in 3 months and 6 months upon the completion of treatment were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy of Experimental Group was increased significantly（P〈0.01）. Experimental Group was superior than Control Group in terms of bacteria picking out rate, average duration of pain, the average healing time（P〈0.01）. The number recurrent cases of Experimental Group in 3 months or 6 months during follow-up declined significantly（P〈0.01）. Conclusion It is a good method to treat recurrent aphthous ulcer with ozone water solution. It is safe and worth clinical promotion.
