摘要
结合太钢铁水预处理的生产实践,对太钢现行脱硅、脱磷、脱硫3个环节操作过程中分别出现的产生泡沫、容易造成堵枪、除渣困难等问题,分析产生的机理;针对各环节的问题设计开发了绿色环保科学的消泡剂、表面改性工艺、聚渣扒除剂等,通过采取这些措施并配合合理的工艺改进,有效地抑制了脱硅泡沫、脱磷堵枪、脱硫除渣等问题,解决了制约工序发展、影响效率的问题。
Based on the production practice in molten iron pretreatment of TISCO, this paper proposed many questions in desilication process, dephosphorization process and desulfurization process, such as foam in desilication process, blocking guns in dephosphorization process and deslagging in desulfurization process and analized the mechanism of problems. For these various aspects of the problems, we design and develop a kind of green defoamers, surface modifi- cation process and slag cleaners. With these measures and reasonable process improvement, we successfully resolve problems constraining process development and restrain foam in desilication, prevent blocking guns in dephosphoriza- tion and deslagging in desulfurization process.
