摘要
在数控车削中心C轴定位中增加圆光栅全闭环功能,通过定位阻尼增加系统的稳定性。为了提高机床整体加工性能,在伺服主电机(主传动)的输出轴增加ZF减速机,不仅使C轴作为联动轴在车削过程中具有低速大扭矩,而且大大提高了机床的加工精度。同时,数控系统采用西门子828D,通过准确、精密的智能控制使机床加工性能更加完善。
By adding the circular grating full closed loop function in C axis positioning of CNC turning center,the stability of the system was increased by positioning damping. In order to improve the overall performance of the machine processing,the main servo motor( main drive) output shaft was increased with ZF speed reducer. Then in the turning process,not only C axis as the linkage axis had high torque at low speed,but also the machining accuracy of machine tool was greatly improved. At the same time,by using Siemens 828 D CNC system,the machine performance was more perfect through the intelligent,accurate and precise control.
