摘要
处于复杂混乱且充满不确定性的国际环境中的美国亟需更新国家军事战略。在这种背景下,2015年7月1日时任美军参谋长联席会议主席邓普西公布了包含三种冲突模式和三项军事目标的新版《美国国家军事战略》。文章从战略出台背景,战略核心内容两个方面对2015年《美国国家军事战略》展开分析,而后对其作出基本评判,预估战略实施可能遇见的难题。
Due to the fact that the international environment is full of complexity, chaos, and instability,the United States of America released a new national military strategy. General Martin Dempsey, then the chairman of the Joints Chief of Staff,announced a new edition of the national military strategy of the United States of America 2015 in 1st July 2015, which includes three kinds of conflict models and military targets. This paper analyses and focuses on the background and the core contents of the strategy, then gives out a basic criticism and estimates every possible problem to carry out this strategy.
