强封堵型无土相油基钻井液在四川页岩气井水平段中的应用 被引量:12

摘要 对四川页岩组分分析采用X射线衍射和从扫描电镜照片分析,该地区黏土矿物较少平均含量36.2%,微裂缝都发育,自然状态下微裂缝开度达5μm以上。采用油基钻井液须具有很强的封堵能力能迅速封堵岩石的微裂缝,保持原岩的力学性能,避免在钻井过程正压差以及毛管力的作用下工作液滤液沿裂缝或微裂缝侵入地层可能诱发水力劈裂作用,防止井壁地层岩石破碎。在常规无土相油基钻井液基础上对封堵能力进行了加强,加入了多种刚性、柔性以及成膜的油基封堵材料,使其能有效封堵泥页岩的微裂隙(缝),提高地层抗压强度。在202H3平台6口井的现场应用表明,油基钻井液具有乳化稳定性强、流变性能优良、封堵性强等特点,能够满足四川页岩地层安全钻井的需要。 Analyzed Sichuan shale by X ray diffraction and SEM show that the clay minerals is low about 36.2%,micro crack growth and the natural state of crack opening up to 5μm.Oil base drilling fluid must have strong sealing capacity,which can quickly seal the rock micro cracks to maintain original rock mechanical properties,to avoid the effect of hydraulic fracturing caused by fluid filtrate along cracks or micro cracks invaded formation under the action of drilling positive pressure difference and capillary force,prevent wellbore rock crushing. On the base of the conventional oil base drilling fluid,variety of rigidity and flexibility oil based sealing materials were added,which can effectively seal the micro cracks and improve the compressive strength. Field application of six wells in the 202H3 platform showed that the oil based drilling fluid had the characteristics of strong emulsification,good rheological property,low activity and high sealing property,which could meet the needs of the safety drilling in Sichuan shale formation.
