DcR3在慢性乙型肝炎患者中表达升高及其意义 被引量:3

The elevated DcR3 in patients with chronic HBV infection and its significance

摘要 目的探讨诱骗受体3(DcR3)在慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者中的表达及意义。方法收集确诊为CHB患者血清90例,对照组为同期体检的健康者50例。采用PCR检测乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)DNA拷贝数,ELISA检测血清中DcR3水平,全自动生化分析仪检测丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、谷氨酰转移酶(γ-GGT)。根据HBV DNA拷贝数分为4组:健康对照组(Control组)、低HBV DNA拷贝数组(Low组)、中HBV DNA拷贝数组(Middle组)、高HBV DNA拷贝数组(High组)。根据ALT和HBV DNA水平将患者分为活动性肝炎组和乙型肝炎携带者组。采用SPSS统计学软件分析不同组血清指标的表达差异,评估DcR3与其余血清指标的相关性。结果在Low、Middle、High 3组中DcR3表达依次升高,且高于Control组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),活动性肝炎组DcR3表达明显高于乙型肝炎携带者组(P<0.05)。CHB患者血清中DcR3水平与HBV DNA、ALT、AST、γ-GGT具有显著相关性:DcR3&HBV DNA(r=0.27,P<0.05)、DcR3&ALT(r=0.53,P<0.05)、DcR3&AST(r=0.54,P<0.05)、DcR3&γ-GGT(r=0.48,P<0.05)。结论 DcR3在慢性乙型肝炎患者中明显升高,并与HBV DNA、ALT、AST、γ-GGT相关。 Objective To explore the clinic significance of elevated DcR3 in patients with hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection.Methods Serum from 90 HBV infection patients or 50 healthy people as control group were collected and stored at-80℃.HBV DNA were determined by real-time PCR and DcR3 were detected by ELISA.The alanine transaminase(ALT),glutamic oxalacetic transaminase(AST)andγglutamyltransferase(γ-GGT)was assayed by automatic biochemical analyzer.Objectives were divided into four groups:control group,low HBV DNA copy group(Low group),middle HBV DNA copy group(Middle group)and high HBV DNA copy group(High group).Patients were divided into active chronic HBV infection group and HBV carrier group according to the HBV DNA copy number and ALT levels.We used SPSS software to analyze the difference of DcR3 in four groups and the correlation of DcR3 with other biomarker.Results DcR3 was increased in turn in Low,Middle and High groups,which was higher than control group(P〈0.05).DcR3 concentration was higher in active chronic HBV infection group than HBV carrier group(P〈0.05).DcR3 was correlated with HBV DNA,ALT,AST andγ-GGT:DcR3 HBV DNA(r=0.27,P〈0.05),DcR3 ALT(r=0.53,P〈0.05),DcR3 AST(r=0.54,P〈0.05),DcR3 γ-GGT(r=0.48,P〈0.05).Conclusion DcR3 is elevated in chronic HBV infection patients and is correlated with HBV DNA,ALT,AST andγ-GGT.
