摘要
根据新一代运载火箭的使用需求,设计了一种真空多层绝热式低温加泄连接器。连接器真空夹层由内管、外管、波纹管组件组成,要求真空夹层最大允许漏率4×10^(-6) Pa·L/s,连接器的热损失3.13 W。计算了连接器的辐射传热、输送管单位管长缠绕层固体导热、真空夹层内的残余气体分子热传导,以及热桥传热,发现漏热主要源于内外管间的热桥。对连接器的绝热性能进行试验验证,结果表明除加注软管对接法兰位置有结霜外,其他位置温度均在0℃以上。该低温加泄连接器已成功用于新一代运载火箭。
A low temperature connector with vacuum multilayer insulation was designed for the requirement of new generation launch vehicle in this paper.The vacuum structure of the connector consisted of inner tube,outer tube and bellows.The maximum permitted leak rate of the vacuum jacket was limited within 4×10-(-6) Pa·L/s,and the thermal loss of the connector was 3.13 W.Four ways of the connectors heart transfer,which were radiation,solid contact conduction of winding layers,residual gas conduction,and thermal bridges conduction,were calculated.It was indicated that the thermal loss was mainly from the thermal bridges between the outer tube and inner tube.The thermal insulation performance had been confirmed through experiments.The results showed that the temperature of connector was above 0 ℃ except the flange,which was connected with injection tube.The connector had been successfully applied to the new generation launch vehicle.
